DMCA Compliance

Introduction

We take copyright infringement seriously and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) to protect the rights of copyright owners and provide a safe and respectful environment for our users. This DMCA Compliance page outlines our commitment to addressing copyright violations and the procedures for reporting such violations.

Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement occurs when an individual or entity uses, distributes, or reproduces copyrighted material without authorization from the copyright owner. This includes but is not limited to, text, images, audio, and video content.

Our Commitment

We are dedicated to upholding the principles of the DMCA and safeguarding the rights of copyright owners. We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our platform, please follow the procedures below to report the violation.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that your copyrighted material has been used on our website or through our video editing mod version app in a way that infringes your copyright, you must submit a written notification (“DMCA Notice”) to our designated agent.

DMCA Notice Requirements

Your DMCA Notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) that you believe have been infringed.
  • Sufficient information to identify the material claimed to be infringing, including its location on our website or within the app.
  • Contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • A statement that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed or access was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice (“DMCA Counter-Notice”) to our designated agent. Your DMCA Counter-Notice should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

We have a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. If you believe a user on our platform is a repeat infringer, please report this to our designated agent with relevant information to support your claim.
